Call Dickson the slaughter-man to book your beef and sheep for slaughter. $50 for 1 Sheep, $40 for 2-5, $35 for 5-10, $30 for 10+, $190 for Beef with offal removal, $170 for Beef with offal left behind, excl. GST.
Each individual animal is tagged by Dickson. If there are multiple, they are numbered. They are delivered to the butchery and hung for 8-10 or according to your specifications.
Book your processing order online within the first 8 days. We have a separate cut sheet per animal. You can make your order here with Brenton the Butcher.
All the meat will be cut to your specifications on the cut sheet.
We supply a yield/weight of each cut of meat and send the invoice. Payment options are online invoicing or cash.
We will contact you when the meat is ready for pickup (usually 9-11 days after drop-off).
With every order, we provide a yield sheet which gives you the weight information of all the cuts of meat, so you know exactly what you are getting back. We like to think that our quality and transparency is the thing that sets us apart from the rest.
